We're excited to be working with several prefabricated module manufacturers.
Here's what we've learned in our discussions and coordination with prefabricated building module design and fabrication teams. Sorry, no trade secrets revealed here, just common sense!

- Controlled, indoor production environment minimizes the impact of weather on the construction process, leading to more efficient use of labor, lower worker absenteeism and more positive worker attitude. Prefabricated modules assembled "in the dry" leads to healthier buildings.
- Components manufactured in controlled production environments provide consistently high quality due to manufacture under optimal conditions and ease of inspection and consistent quality control procedures.
