Michael's first decade of experience was at firms in South Florida and New England, and benefited from the large number of projects and the wide variety of clients in those regions, including experience on projects for airports, condominiums, manufacturing, historic renovations and high-end residential.
The next decade of his career brought Michael to Oregon, where project types evolved to include more higher education, corporate headquarters, tenant improvements and civic and government projects.
Moving from construction administration into specification writing and cost estimating fourteen years ago, Michael developed expertise on university education and recreation facilities, as well as international corporate and embassy projects.
Travel is the pastime that most informs all of our staffs' awareness of style, materials, detailing, construction methods and architecture in general. Through our experiences engaging other cultures we aspire to enrich the projects we are involved with and the design teams with whom we interact.
Our firm has quickly built a strong clientele in both the Pacific Northwest and in Southern California, South Florida, Virginia, and most recently, New York City, working with firms in those regions on a wide variety of projects.
